Refund Policy

At BISHWA MEGA MAART PRIVATE LIMITED, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product is missing from your order

Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not returnable:

  • Perishable goods (food, fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.)

  • Opened or used products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Hygiene or personal care items once opened


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@bishwaam.in or call +91 95010 23300

  2. Share your Order ID and issue details

  3. Our team will verify and arrange pickup if approved


4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned in damaged condition

  • Missing accessories

  • Promotional or discounted items


6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • Then contact us for assistance
